We wanted an okay hotel near the station in Vitoria. The hotel was modest but quite good. The staff & manager were very nice and helpful and the WIFI worked well.

The breakfast here was pretty good, they had a nice variety of meals available. the rooms are cool and modern, they have fun decorations. the location of this place is great, right next to a beautiful park 🌳.

Located close to the center of Vitoria. The room is clean.
I was overbilled. On checking in I informed the receptionist that I would be leaving the next day as I was not able to meet the people I wanted to. The receptionist charged me Euro 100 for one night stay saying that he had to commission or so. I believe I have been overbilled and will according inform my credit card company.

nice decor, simple and fresh. beds were comfortable too. Staff were nice too.
the quality of the rooms varies. first night our room was over the street, the walls were tatty and we had next to no window, a small room too. Next 2 nights we had a really nice fresh twin room at the back of the hotel - roomy, quiet. Weirdly, the bathroom door didnt close - it seemed too big for the frame.

Great location not too close to the noisy bars, staff were really friendly and helpful. the building had a cool old-school vibe, rooms were stylish and quite spacious with unique decorations. 🏰

The hotel is centrally located. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and renovated rooms. Lovely jazz atmosphere. Modern terrace cafe and music carrousel at La Florida park. Short walk to Virgen Blanca place. Arranged taxi and provided ice for my sprained ankle. Accommodating manager for early departure. Gluten-free breakfast available.
For us it was ideal.
